Eternal August – Eternal August, an American Pale ale, is the latest Moby Dick seasonal offering. American Pale ales brewed on the West Coast are credited with starting America’s love affair with craft beer. It is a full flavored, medium-bodied American Pale ale. It is a fairly easy drinking ale with a nice balance between the maltiness of the pale and crystal malts and the citrusy notes of the American hops. It is a pale ale, which means it is darker in color than the IPA but lighter in color than the Amber. This beer goes great with smoked and grilled meats such as bacon, steak or pork. It is a great pairing with our Nashville chicken sandwich. It is also a great beer to pair with a creamy rich blue cheese or a sharp cheddar.
