H.401 is the latest Moby Dick seasonal offering. It is a Hazy, New England IPA. It is a Hazy like The Pulpit but this beer checks in at 6.1% ABV(Pulpit is 7.6%). This beer is a medium-bodied, golden colored, Hazy IPA. The star of this beer are the hops. It may look similar to the Pulpit but the flavor is totally different due to the use of Galaxy, Simcoe and El Dorado hops. This beer should be very versatile when pairing with food. It should go nicely with our burgers, chicken sandwiches and our salads. H. 401 is the name of the Bill in the MA legislature that would give brewpubs the right to self-distribute. Every other brewery licensee is allowed to self-distribute except for brewpubs. It’s ridiculous that we have to ship our beer to Taunton for them to ship it next door to Play or Rose Alley.
