Brut IPA

Named after the 100th chapter of our namesake novel, this beer was released last year as our 100th brew!

Coming in at 6.3% ABV, this style has bveen popular on the west coast and popping up here on the east coast. This is a zero degree plato, bone dry, slightly hazy but still bright IPA.
