This is the latest offering in our Capsized SMASH (Single Malt And Single Hop) Series. It is a session pale ale. Session ales are lower alcohol ales, hence you can sit down for a SESSION of beers. Our Capsized Simcoe is a golden colored, lighter bodied, easy drinking, semi-hoppy ale. It is for beer drinkers, who like hoppy beers but do not want all of the body or alcohol associated with IPAs. The Single Malt is Stone Path Nor’east Gold malt (malted in Wareham!!!) And the Single Hop is Simcoe from the Pacific Northwest. Simcoe is known for its complex character of stone fruit, pine and citrus zest.
