EOTW, a Scotch Ale, is the latest Moby Dick seasonal offering. It is a Scottish or Scotch Ale. It is a full flavored, full-bodied, copperish brown colored ale. Scotch ales are pretty much malty, full flavored brown ales. There is a hint of smoke due to the use of peated malt.
