English Pale Ale
An English-style Pale Ale is the latest Moby Dick seasonal offering. English Pale Ales are also known as ESBs. ESB stands for Extra Special Bitter. ESBs are not bitter at all despite their name. It is a very easy drinking, well-balanced ale with a nice upfront malt character and a mild English hop bitterness. It has some berbal, spicy hop characteristics which blend well with the toasty malt notes and some fruity esters. Initially, this beer will be served on nitro. This beer goes well with a variety of foods. It is a great pairing with roasted chicken, steak tips, English cheddar and bread pudding. 5.0%ABV
