India Pale Ale

This is our latest  seasonal offering . It is a hazy IPA using hops from the Southern Hemisphere(New Zealand and Australia) hence SHIPA. Queequeg, the harpooner on the Pequod was from New Zealand. It is hopped with Koahtu(NZ) and Topaz(Aus). These hops lend flavors and aromas of tropical fruit.

We brewed this in collaboration with our friends at the Pour Farm Tavern. This beer checks in at 7.0% ABV. It would fall in nicely between the QE and the Pulpit. It is less bitter than the QE but not as juicy as the Pulpit.  This beer would be a great complement to our Chicken Mozambique, Nashville Chicken Sandwich and our buffalo chicken wings.
